This fantastic apartment is situated in the first floor of a small complex in the centre of Peyia but still in a very quiet area. Taverns and shops are just a short walk away.
The apartment is very spacious and has two well furnished and decorated bedrooms. The kitchen is very modern und fully equipped, including a dishwasher. The dining area consists of a quality dining table and comfortable leather chairs. Also the living area is furnished with comfortable leather settees and matching coffee table. Already from here you can enjoy the beautiful sea views. For your entertainment there is a large TV, many international channels are available, and Wifi internet. The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom and enjoys access to a sea view balcony. The second bathroom has two single beds and has access to a large terrace on the back side. Furthermore there is a separate bath. Both are quality bathrooms.
The apartment is fully equipped with air-conditioning what is included in the price. Furthermore both bedrooms have ceilings fans. There is a washing machine in the apartment available.
The front balcony offers a fantastic view over Peyia and Coral Bay. It is nicely furnished with garden furniture. On the back of the apartment is a large terrace with more garden furniture and a BBQ, this terrace is more shady and ideal for hot summer days.
The complex offers a nice communal pool with integrated Jacuzzi and fantastic views.
The centre of Peyia is actually only a few meters away, here you will find a supermarket and a few taverns. More restaurants, Cafes and Shops you will find in Coral Bay, only 5 driving minutes, here is a nice sandy beach as well.
