Description
Villa Bella is a spacious and bright villa, set in a large, well maintained garden. It is situated between Peyia and Coral Bay and only 3 driving minutes from the village centre or the beach.
From the entrance you get into the open plan living and dining area. Everything is bright, with light leather settees, white dining table with chairs. Wide patio doors offer a nice view into the garden with the pool and further to the sea. In the living area you will find internet TV, DVD, and Wifi internet. Next to the living area is a separate, quite large kitchen with another dining table and a comfortable sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers dishwasher and washing machine in the laundry room. The kitchen as well offers access to the garden. One small bedroom with 2 single beds and a bath room are situated on the ground floor, the other 3 bedrooms are on the upper floor. The master bedroom features a double bed, a walk in closet and en-suite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms are both twin rooms, theses share a communal bathroom. All bedrooms on the upper floor have access to a large balcony with fantastic sea views.
From the kitchen or living room you can access a covered terrace, this is furnished is quality wooden furniture. A few steps lead down the pool, what is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas. As well a built-in BBQ is not missing for a perfect dining outside. The garden is mature and well kept. There is a large lawn, palm trees and flowering bushes. The garden is not over shown, offering perfect privacy.
Coral Bay with its beautiful beach and plenty of restaurants, bars and shops is only 2 km, so is the village centre of Peyia.

Neighborhood
Coral Bay is located directly on the coast below the village of Peyia and about 12 km north of Paphos. Coral Bay has two beautiful beaches, the Coral Bay and Corallia beach. Both are mainly sandy beaches and shallow. In the tourist area of Coral Bay you will find some good taverns, but also international restaurants, cafes and bars. A large supermarket is located just outside of Coral Bay on St. George Street. Just north of Coral Bay extends the Seacaves area. The mainly rocky coastline features fantastic scenery and small coves. The coast is ideal for long walks and along the way you will find also the one or another tavern, what invites for lunch or dinner but also for a cool drink. The area ends at the small fishing harbor of St. George, above the harbor you will find a nice fish tavern. In St. George you will find the entrance to the famous Akamas peninsula. A rural area for hiking or mountain biking. In the summer, a few taverns are opened and also you should not miss a walk in the impressive Avagas gorge. A little further north is probably one of the most beautiful beaches of Paphos, the Lara beach. This beach is a hotbed of some sea turtles, nests are covered with baskets, the beach can be used throughout the year. The beach is sandy and shallow and because not easy to reach, little visited.
Coral Bay is part of the village of Peyia, just 2-3 km above the mountain foothills. Peyia has grown strongly over the past years and in the center you will find a few taverns, cafes and supermarkets.
