Description

This 4 bedroom holiday villa is situated at the outskirts of the village Peyia and is very spacious inside. It offers a large garden and a beautiful view over the country side to the sea.

From the entrance you get into the spacious entrance hall with a large curved stairs going up to the upper floor. On the right hand side you will find the living area, furnished with some settees, a coffee table, SAT-TV (limited channels), DVD and Wifi internet. On the left there is one of the bedrooms and a bathroom. Next to it is the entrance to the large, traditional kitchen, what is fully equipped and features dishwasher and washing machine. There is a large glass topped dining table with dark leather chairs. From the kitchen you have access to a furnished veranda with traditional BBQ and a small kitchenette enjoying fantastic sea views.
On the upper floor 3 bedrooms are situated. Two are furnished with double beds and one with two single beds. All bedrooms have access to a balcony, some of them with sea view. There is one bath room en-suite and another communal bathroom. The furnishing is traditional, the bathrooms are large but simple.
The huge garden offers a lawn, what is ideal for children to play. The garden well landscaped and maintained, with fruit and palm trees and flowering bushes. The pool is private and surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas.
Coral Bay is about 2 km where you find the nice beach and a large selection of taverns, shops and cafes.
Car hire is essential.
