Description
Villa Windmill is located very close to the town centre of Polis in the northwest of the island of Cyprus. Taverns, cafes and shops are only 200 m away, but still situated in a quiet area, surrounded by fields. The beach is about 1.5 km away.
The entrance leads to the open living/dining area with kitchen. The living area is furnished with sofas and a coffee table and also offers satellite TV and WiFi internet. The dining area can accommodate up to 6 people and the kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee machine and washing machine. There are 3 bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning units. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds, one with two single beds. There are also 2 bathrooms, a family bathroom and an en-suite bathroom.
Patio doors from the living area lead onto the terrace where there is a dining area and barbecue. The private pool has a size of approximately 11 x 4 m (1.00 - 1.60 m deep) and is surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas.
A nice house, especially if you are looking for proximity to the village with taverns and cafes. The beach in Latchi is sandy to pebbly and can be reached in just a couple of minutes by car.
