The villa belongs to a complex of 4 houses with 3 or 4 bedrooms in Latchi, not far from the beach and within short distance to taverns and the port.

The plot is quite large with lawn area, ideal for children to play. The property is surrounded by a high hedge and gives a good privacy.
The beach is only 150 m away, this is sandy to pebbly beach and ideal for children. The nearest restaurant is just 200 meters away, further shops and taverns can be found at the port of Latchi, about 1.3 km away.
