Description
This luxury 4 bedroom villa is located in the coastal village Argaka, just 5 km from Polis. Only a few meters separates the villas from the sea and in walking distance you can find a few shops and taverns.
The villa is spacious and beautiful furnished. On the ground floor is the open plan living area and kitchen. The kitchen is very modern, equipped with all necessary appliances. The living area consists of light leather settees an arm chair, a coffee table and SAT-TV with DVD and Wifi internet. The modern dining area can sit 10 persons. One of the bedrooms and one bathroom is located on the ground floor, the other 3 bedrooms are on the upper floor, each with an own balcony with beautiful sea views. Furthermore there is another TV Room with a sofa bed for an additional person.
Outside there is a large swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. The terrace in front of the house is furnished with an outside dining table.
The sea is just 50 m in front of the villa, the beach is sandy to pebbly and safe for swimming.
Argaka is still a small village with a few shops and some taverns. Polis is only 5 minutes drive, offers a larger selection of supermarkets, shops and taverns.
