Holiday villa Thea is located in first line to the sea in Polis and enjoys a beautiful view. There are 2 neighbouring villa and would be ideal for families traveling together. The location is rural, quiet and beautifully private.

On the ground floor is the open living/dining area with kitchen. The living area is furnished with sofas and a coffee table and also offers satellite TV, DVD and Wifi Internet. The dining area is right next to it and offers space for up to 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee maker. The ground floor enjoys a wonderful view over the pool and the sea.
On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed and its own bathroom and a guest toilet. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Both have access to a balcony with great views. There is also a bathroom upstairs.
Bedrooms and living area are equipped with air conditioners, the A/Cs in the bedrooms are included, in the living area for a fee.
Outside there are beautiful covered terraces furnished with garden furniture. The private pool has a size of 8 x 4 m and is 0.9 - 2.10 m deep. The garden is hardly overlooked due to the high hedges.
The villas furnishing is simple and traditional, but property impresses with its great location and beautiful view.

The beach (sand/pebble) is only 100 m away and not very busy. The center of Polis is about 2.5 km away, with various taverns and shops. Latchi harbor can be reached almost completely along the beach, that would be about 4.5 km.
