Description
Villa Cape Greco 7 is situated in first line to the sea and offers a wonderful sea view. The villa is spacious and bright and pleasant furnished. On the ground floor is the open plan living/dining area and kitchen. The modern, fully equipped kitchen features mainly Miele appliances and a built-in espresso machine. There is a long rustic dining table, what can be used as working surface for the kitchen. From the bright and comfortable sofas with coffee table you can enjoy the nice view to the pool and the sea. Furthermore there is TV, DVD and Wifi internet. For cooler days the villa has the advantage of an open fireplace. On the ground floor is one single bedroom and a small shower room located. On the first floor are two further bathrooms, one bedroom with bunk beds (the upper one is only suitable for a small child) and accessible via wooden stairs a loft with a double bed, ideal for children or teenagers. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and offers a fantastic view to the sea. The 3rd bedroom has a single bed with extra mattress, a desk and large windows with a spectacular view to the sea. Additionally it has access to a furnished balcony. Altogether the villa can accommodate up to 9 persons, living area and garden are best suitable for 4-6 persons. All bedrooms feature ceiling fans.
Outside is a large covered veranda with outside dining furniture and wicker sofas with coffee table. The private pool is surrounded by a terrace with 4-6 sun loungers and there is a little pool house with BBQ.
The coast in front of the villa is rocky, there are two bays in about 600 m distance. Furthermore there are a few restaurants in walking distance, Protaras is about 3 km from the villas.

#109. Wundervolle Zeit in einem großartigen Haus
Ich möchte hier den Platz nutzen, um mich zu bedanken. Das Haus ist jeden Cent wert - sehr gute Lage, atemberaubender Meerblick, perfekte Hausgröße. Wir hatten einen großartigen Urlaub mit vielen Schnorcheleinheiten am Cape Greco, was direkt vor dem Haus beginnt. Wir haben uns zu jedem Moment absolut wohl gefühlt.Wir waren alle sehr traurig, als wir zurück mussten. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus uneingeschränkt und ich bin mir sicher, dass ich dort nicht zum letzten Mal war.Ich freu mich schon jetzt darauf, in einem meiner nächsten Urlaube das Haus erneut zu besuchen.
#72. Toller Urlaub mit Familie
Wir verbrachten unseren dritten Urlaub über Adonais in Zypern.
Alles hat wie immer bestens geklappt und auf Frau Fangmeyer war wie immer Verlass. Bei Problemen genügte ein Anruf an sie und alles wurde erledigt. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Die Lage des Hauses war top ebenso das Haus selbst. Einziger Minuspunkt war der Pool der etwas kühl war weil er viel im Schatten war. Aber den Kindern war das egal und wir badeten dafür umsonshr im warmen Meer:-)
