Villa Cape Greco 1 belongs to a complex of villa in first row to the sea, at the edge of the national park Cape Greco, between Ayia Napa and Protaras.
The villa is situated in the front row with a wonderful sea view. The villa is of good standard, the furnishing is bright and pleasant. On the ground floor is the open living/dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with Miele appliances and offers i.a. a dishwasher and a washing machine. The dining area is furnished with a white table and chairs and sits 6 persons. The living area consists of comfortable sofas, TV, DVD and Wifi internet. Wide patio doors are opening to the pool area and granting a view to the sea. Furthermore there is a small single room and a shower room on this floor. Stairs lead up to the first floor, here are 3 bedrooms and one bathroom located. There are two double bedrooms, one with access to a balcony with sea views. The third bedroom has 2 single beds and an extra mattress and a ladder going up to the loft where is another double bed located, ideal for children or teenager. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans. Even though the villa sleeps up to 10 persons, the furniture in garden and house are ideal for 4-6 persons.
Outside is the private garden and pool area. The pool has a size of 8 x 4 m. There is a covered veranda with outside dining table and chairs, furthermore sunbeds and umbrellas around the pool. The gardens are well grown in and not overlooked and offering a fantastic view to the sea.
The coast in front is mainly rocky and the sea is not accessible. Small trails go along the coast to a small bay and further to the well known Konnos Beach, both about 600 m from the villas. There are a few restaurants in walking distance, a large selection you will find in Protaras, about 3 km.
