Holiday villa Bougainvillea is located in Loustri, a small village with a church and a few houses, on the north-east coast of Corfu. The village is situated on a hill between the two bays Agni and Yaliskari. Both are sandy pebble beaches with wonderfully clear water. On Agni beach, south of the house you will also find two taverns.
Between the houses of the locals you will also find villa Bougainvillea, a beautiful garden surrounds the house and offers a good privacy by the pool. From the parking lot you can reach the upper floor of the house. There is an open plan living / dining area with kitchen. In the living area are comfortable sofas with coffee table and satellite TV, DVD and Wifi Internet available. There is a round dining table with 4 chairs and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. French doors open to a covered and furnished terrace with wonderful sea view. Two of the bedrooms are upstairs, one is furnished with a double bed and one with two single beds. The double room has access to the balcony. In addition, there is a bathroom with shower. Living room and bedroom are equipped with air conditioning units.
The basement has an external entrance, here you will find another air-conditioned bedroom, a bathroom and a living area with two sofa beds, a kitchenette and a small table. Again, there is a wonderful, covered and furnished terrace with beautiful views of the sea. The private pool has a size of about 4 x 7.5 m and is 0.8 - 1.8 m deep. A terrace with flowers, shrubs and trees surrounds the pool, where you can find several seating areas as well as sun beds and umbrellas.
A small path leads 550 m down to Agni beach, here you will find two taverns, water sports are offered and you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas. Yaliskari beach is about 650 meters away. For more variety, Kalami Beach, 2 km away, has several taverns, cafes and small supermarkets.
