Description

Corfu villa Sofia is located on the north-eastern coast of Corfu in the Katavolos region, close to the wonderful Kaminaki and Krouzeri beaches. Both are beautiful pebble beaches with azure blue water. Kaminaki beach is 1 km away and within walking distance. The house is beautifully elevated, surrounded by olive trees and with excellent sea views.
The house consists of two buildings and offers a total of 4 bedrooms. The main building has a living area furnished with sofas and coffee tables and equipped with satellite TV, DVD and Wifi Internet. For colder days there is an open fireplace. In addition, there is a dining area with 6 chairs and from here also access to the fully equipped kitchen, which also offers a dishwasher and washing machine. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are accessed via a corridor. There are two rooms with two single beds and one with a double bed, two of the rooms have access to the terrace and enjoy wonderful sea views. The pool is located in front of and between the houses, but allows access to the annex, where you will find another bedroom (2 single beds), a kitchenette and another living area. Again, the bedroom has direct access to the terrace with beautiful sea view.
The pool has a free form and has a size of about 8 x 6 m and is 0.9 - 1.85 m deep. It is surrounded by a terrace with sun beds and umbrellas and there is a dining area with a table, 6 chairs and a barbecue.
The location is quite good, the nearest beach is within walking distance, taverns are 300 m away and a small supermarket about 650 m.
