Description
Villa Carob Tree is a modern villa situated between Latchi and the well known Akamas peninsula in a beautiful, small complex near the sea. A long beach is only 100 m from the villas and easy to reach by food.
The villa is bright and airy and very modern furnished. On the ground floor there is an open plan living area and the kitchen. In the living area you will find some bright settees, colourful armchair and a coffee table, in addition SAT-TV, DVD and an iBass Stereo System for your own music. There is a nice dining table sitting 6 persons and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. One of the bedrooms you will find on the ground floor, this is furnished with a double bed and has access to the pool area and offers an en-suite bathroom.
On the upper floor are two further bedrooms located. The master bedroom has access to a nice balcony with beautiful sea views. The villa is fully air-conditioned (the units in the bedrooms are included in the price) and offers free wifi internet.
Outside you will find the private Pool, surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas. There is a shady terrace with outside settees, dining furniture and a BBQ. The garden is well grown in and beautiful landscaped.
Latchi Harbour with its Restaurants, Taverns and Cafes is only 3 km from the villas. The well known Bath of Aphrodite, at the entrance of the Akamas peninsula, is only 2 km. The nearby beach is sandy to pebbly and about 1,5 km long.

#200. Schönes Haus in guter Lage
Sehr schönes Haus in guter Lage, man ist schnell in Latsi und zu Fuß ist ein schöner quasi leerer Strand in 5 Minuten erreichbar.
Das Haus ist schön und praktiech eingerichtet und hat sehr bequeme Betten. Ein schattiger Aussensitzplatz ist genau so vorhanden wie ein sonniges Deck am Pool.
Wir fanden es super, alles hat uns gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder.
Auch die Abwicklung lief alles super und easy.

Das Haus ist schön aufgeteilt und sehr sauber. Das Gleiche gilt für den Pool und den Garten. Lediglich der Weg zum Strand ist etwas arg merkwürdig. Man läuft durch die Botanik um eine Luxus-Wohnanlage herum. Fast sieht es so aus, als sei auf den Weg zum Strand aus der Straße mit dem Ferienhaus verzichtet worden.
Die Betreuung ist sehr fein, Emails werden schnell und freundlich beantwortet.

Eine wirklich sehr schön gelegene Villa auf der Akamas-Halbinsel nur 5 Minuten Fussweg zum sehr sauberen und angenehmen Kiesel-/Sandstrand, an dem Meeresschildkroeten ihre Eier ablegen! Mit schönem und grossen Pool, schattiger Terrasse und gepflegtem Garten. Ausstattung Top. Gerne kehren wir zurück!

Wirklich sehr schönes Haus in sehr schöner Umgebung! Auch der Strand in der Nähe war nicht überfüllt und schön.
#19. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt
Wir haben uns während des Urlaubs sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus und die Umgebung haben die Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen. Alle haben sich wohl gefühlt was in einem Urlaub mit 4 Generationen ( 2-80Jahren) alles andere als selbstverständlich ist. Wir haben es sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Danke!!
