This holiday villa is nicely set and very secluded between citrus plantations and about 1.5 km from the port in Latchi.
The house has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. The ground floor is beautifully spacious with an open, fully equipped kitchen that also provides a dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area is furnished with a wooden table and 6 chairs and in the living area there are sofas, TV, DVD and Wifi Internet. A wide window front makes the house light and bright and allows a nice view of the pool area and garden.
The 4 bedrooms are all on the upper floor, two rooms have a double bed and each a private bathroom and the other two are each equipped with 2 single beds and share a bathroom. The double rooms have access to a large balcony with a beautiful view over the fields to the sea.
The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, which is included in the price, there are also air-conditioning in the living area, this is optional and is charged extra EUR 7 per day and unit.
The decor is rather standard, but the house enjoys a beautiful, very private location in the middle of the plantations.
Outside you will find the private pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as garden furniture and a barbecue. The pool has a size of 8 x 4 m and is 0.9 - 1.5 m deep.
The beach, the harbor and the restaurants in Latchi are about 1.5 km away.
