Villa Ingrid is located in a small complex on the outskirts of the tourist town of Ayia Thekla, just a few kilometers from the bustling Ayia Napa.
The open living / dining area with kitchen is on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped and also offers a washing machine and dishwasher. The living area is furnished with a comfortable corner sofa and a coffee table and offers IPTV, DVD and Wifi Internet. A bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower are located on the ground floor. Two more bedrooms, a double and a twin, and another bathroom are upstairs.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioners, which are included in the price.
The living area leads to the terrace, here you will find a large corner sofa, and there is another covered terrace with a dining table and chairs. The private pool has a size of 8x4 m and is 1.0-1.7 m deep. The pool is surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers and an umbrella, and there is also a built-in grill.
Ayia Napa with a large selection of cafes and restaurants is around 8 km away, a restaurant and a small shop are around 2.5 km away. A sandy beach can be reached after 2.5 km.
