Description
There is hardly any better sea view to find than in villa Susanna in Ayia Thekla! The villa is beautifully located on the seafront and offers the most beautiful panoramic views to the Mediterranean Sea.
The villa is very modern and stylish furnished. There is a living area with a colourful sofa and some comfortable armchairs, a coffee table, SAT-TV (limited channels), DVD and Wifi internet. Wide patio doors allow a view over the pool to the sea. The open kitchen is modern and fully equipped and has a nice breakfast bar. There are 3 bedrooms, one with double beds and the other two with two single beds. Furthermore there is one bathroom en-suite and a separate family bathroom. The villa is fully equipped with air-conditioning what is included in the price.
Patio doors are opening to the pool area, there is a small covered veranda with a comfortable outside sitting area, another dining table with chairs and a private pool with sun loungers and umbrellas.
The coast in front of the villa is rocky with some nice sandy coves, the beach of Ayia Thekla is about 10 walking minutes along a coastal path. Ayia Napa with a large selection of shops, restaurants and Cafes is only 5 driving minutes away.

Die Seafrontvilla bietet alles, was man sich wünscht. Super Lage - tolle Aussenanlage. Schöner Pool - regelmäßig gereinigt und Wasserqualität geprüft. Innenräume ebenfalls sehr schön und gepflegt. Sehr empfehlenswert.
