Thalassines Villas are situated on the beach front of Ayias Theklas, a residential area just a few kilometers from Ayia Napa. The villas are lined up in a light curve at the sea with a beautiful, sandy beach.
On the 17.000 sqm large plot are 10 villas situated, built in a typical Greek style with white plastered walls. Each villa has its own garden with private pool. The villas are traditionally and individually furnished and offer on the ground floor a living area with sofas, coffee table, SAT-TV (limited channels), CD, DVD and Wifi internet (villa and beach), an open, fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, washing machine and dishwasher and a dining area with a table and 6 chairs. Furthermore there is one bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor. Two bedrooms and a bathroom are situated on the upper floor. Outside each villa offers a terrace with outside dining furniture and a private pool of 8 x 4 m with sunbeds and umbrellas. Additionally there are free sunbeds and umbrellas on the private beach. The villas are very well maintained by the owners what are taking very good care of the guests in the villas as well. The complex offers a small minimarket, laundry service, pool cleaning, beach bar, massage, boat and bicycles rentals.

Ayias Theklas is the quiet residential area of Ayia Napa, it is situated right on the sea front and ideal for families. At the nearby idyllic Potamos tou Leoptriou harbor you can find some taverns and a shop. Ayia Napa with its well known beaches, bars, cafes and restaurants is only 6 km, half way, you will pass at an exciting water park.
