Description
Villa Acanthus is situated on a hill in Pissouri Bay and offers a wonderful view of the sea. The house belongs to a complex, but is at the very far end, and therefore enjoys fairly large and beautiful private grounds.
The house offers on 2 levels 3 bedrooms and is well equipped. From the entrance you reach the first floor where the master bedroom suite is located. This is equipped with a superking size bed and has a private bathroom. From this bedroom you have access to a small lounge area and a furnished balcony with magnificent views over the bay and the sea.
A staircase leads down to the ground floor here is the spacious living area, furnished with tasteful leather sofas and coffee table. There is a large smart TV with Bluetooth soundbar and wide patio doors which offer a beautiful view over the pool and the sea. There is an outside kitchen and dining area which consists of a built-in gas BBQ, hot water sink, food prep area and fridge/freezer. This is covered with a large canopy which offers great shade. The internal kitchen is fully equipped and has amongst others a dishwasher, washing machine and Nespresso machine. A corridor leads to the other two bedrooms, one is furnished with a king-size bed and has a private bathroom, the second has two single beds and there is a separate bathroom. Both bedrooms have access to the pool area through patio doors.
The garden is wonderful, there is a private pool surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. The property is beautifully grown in with flowering shrubs, palms and trees. The house is located on a corner plot and there is only one neighboring house and houses below, which are overlooked. The view is just wonderful, you overview the villas below, the tourist area and the complete Pissouri Bay. The property is very private and cannot be over shown.
The beach is about 1000 meters, on the way you will pass at some shops and taverns.

#256. just perfect
Villa Acanthus was perfect, such a great location with fabulous views. The updated and refurbished patio area, with outside gas BBQ & kitchen, was perfect to escape the sun, with comfortable loungers around the pool. Very clean inside, and lovely additional space in the main bedroom upstairs. The Villa is well equipped with all you need. Highly recommended & we will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa. It surpassed expectations, it was so tastefully presented, with all the amenities we needed. Comfy beds, great bathrooms and showers and lovely sun loungers and parasols. The outside space and views were amazing. Plenty of sunshine all day and space to lounge around the pool and move from sun to shade. It wasn’t overlooked and was very private which was important to us. Great BBQ, we ended up staying in more than we had planned to just to enjoy the villa. If going out would recommend Coast Brasserie in the Bay and Panorama Lounge for sunset cocktails. Would highly recommend this villa

Just wanted to thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful hoe. It was fab - so peaceful and secluded. An absolute joy. I can honestly say that it was one of the best villas we have stayed in - and we have stayed in a lot of various places on the western side of Cyprus. So thank you once again. We try to get to a different villa each time but if we did come back to Pissouri, we would certainly consider your villa again.

Das Haus ist wunderbar gelegen - ruhig, mit Blick aufs Meer - und hat eine tolle Atmosphäre mit Pool, Palmen, Terrasse und mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten draussen und drinnen. Es ist super ausgestattet und sehr geräumig für 6 Personen. Zum Strand sind es max. 10 Min. zu Fuss. Sigrid war sehr hilfsbereit und flexibel bezüglich Check-in. Sehr nett war auch die kalte Jause, die bei der Ankunft auf uns wartete. Wir haben unseren Urlaub rundum sehr genossen!
