Description

Villa Acanthus is situated on a hill in Pissouri Bay and offers a wonderful view of the sea. The house belongs to a complex, but is at the very far end, and therefore enjoys fairly large and beautiful private grounds.
The house offers on 2 levels 3 bedrooms and is well equipped. From the entrance you reach the first floor where the master bedroom is located. This is equipped with a double bed and has a private bathroom. From this bedroom you have access to a furnished balcony with magnificent views over the town and the sea.
A staircase leads down to the ground floor here is the spacious living area, furnished with tasteful leather sofas and coffee table. There is a large TV with DVD and CD / Ipod and wide patio doors which offer a beautiful view over the pool and the sea. The dining area consists of a glass table with 6 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and has amongst others a dishwasher and washing machine. A corridor leads to the other two bedrooms, one is furnished with a double bed and has a private bathroom, the second has two single beds and there is a separate bathroom. Both bedrooms have access to the pool area through patio doors.
The garden is wonderful, there is a private pool surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. In addition, one finds a built-in barbecue and a nice, shady pergola with garden furniture. The property is beautifully grown in with flowering shrubs, palms and trees. The house is located on a corner plot and there is only one neighboring house and houses below, which are overlooked. The view is just wonderful, you overview the villas below, the tourist area and the complete Pissouri Bay. The property is very private and cannot be over shown.
The beach is about 1000 meters, on the way you will pass at some shops and taverns.
