Description
Villa Pheakon is a pretty house near Pissouri Bay. On a slope, it offers a great view over the country and also to the sea.
A staircase leads from the parking lot down to the entrance of the house. You will be greeted by a living / dining area with kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, also with dishwasher and washing machine. There is a dining area with 6 chairs and a nice, comfortable living area with sofas and coffee table. For your entertainment a TV with DVD and Media Player are available and TV in different languages can be watched via internet. There are two bedrooms, one with twin beds and one with a double bed. Both are well equipped and nicely decorated. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Furthermore there is another separate bathroom. Both rooms have via an external staircase access to the pool area The master bedroom has a small, furnished balcony with beautiful sea view. From the living area you have access to a larger, covered terrace with garden furniture, here is also a nice barbecue and you can enjoy a beautiful view and side sea view. Some stairs go down to the pool, which has a size of 8 x 4 m and is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers and parasols. The plot is beautifully grown in and enjoys a good privacy.
Pissouri Bay is only a few minutes' walk away, here you will find some taverns and shops and a beautiful, unspoiled beach.
