Description
You cannot get much closer to the beach than with this holiday villa Kerkyroula on the beach of Krouzeri. A staircase leads down to the beach, what is just 50 meters away, and to the tavern below. This villa is ideal for guests who love a relaxing holiday on the beach and at the pool.
Two air-conditioned bedrooms are located on the ground floor at pool level. One is equipped with a double bed and one with two single beds, both have their own bathroom en-suite and both have access to the balcony that leads to the pool.
Upstairs you will find the living area with sofas, coffee table, satellite TV and DVD. French doors allow a beautiful view to the bay. The dining area seats 6 people and the kitchen is fully equipped, also with a dishwasher. In addition, there is an air-conditioned bedroom at this level, this is equipped with 2 single beds and has a private bathroom and access to the balcony.
On the large, partly covered terrace are sitting areas available, from where you can enjoy the beautiful view.
The private pool measures 8 x 5 meters and is 0.8 to 1.8 meters deep. It is surrounded by a sun terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas, and from here the view is simply fabulous. A staircase leads down to the beach and tavern. On the sandy to pebbly Krouzeri beach, sun beds and umbrellas are rented and water sports are offered. There are also water taxis with tours from here to Corfu Town and back.
