Holiday villa Armandos is located in Katavolos on the north-eastern coast of Corfu and is within walking distance of the beautiful Kaminaki and Krouzeri beach. The drive up to the house is very easy, yet the house offers a beautiful hillside location and a wonderful view of the offshore Kaminaki beach.
From the parking lot a staircase leads up to the pool area and to the entrance of the house. On the ground floor, at pool level, you will find the 3 bedrooms. All three are in the front of the house and have access to the covered porch with wonderful sea view. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units and there are two twin and one double. The double room has a bathroom en-suite and there are two further separate bathrooms. The veranda in front of the bedrooms is just lovely, it is covered and has a beautiful view of the bay, ideal for the first morning coffee! A staircase leads up to the living area, this is spacious and open plan with gable roof. The living area offers sofas and armchairs, coffee table, satellite TV, DVD and Wifi Internet. Wide French doors open to the large, covered terrace and here, too, the sea view is simply stunning. The dining area seats up to 6 people and the modern kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. Garden furniture are available on the front terrace and a barbecue on the rear terrace.
The private pool measures approximately 9,5 x 4,5 m and is 0,60 - 1,70 m deep. It is surrounded by a terrace with sun beds and umbrellas and from here you can enjoy a beautiful sea view.
The location is excellent, the Kaminaki beach is just 900 meters away and Krouzeri beach is about 1.1 km away. On Kaminaki beach you will find 2 taverns and some more on the way to Nissaki. The house is surrounded by huge olive trees and offers a good privacy.
