This beautiful 5 bedroom villa is located in the small village of Argaka. It is situated on a huge plot with a nice lawn, ideal for families with children what can play here freely.
The villa is furnished with traditional, quality furnishing and offers a comfortable living area with open fire place, SAT-TV (limited programs), DVD/CD. The kitchen with dining area is fully equipped i.a. with dishwasher and adjacent is a utility room with washing machine and cloth dryer. Furthermore on the ground floor is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room.
On the first floor you will find the 4 remaining bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms and offering each an own balcony.
In front and on the side are furnished verandas offering a fantastic view to the sea. A few steps are going down to the large pool of 10 x 5 m and depth of 1.1 – 1.8 m, plus a paddling pool 5x3 m. The pool is surrounded by a large terrace with sunbeds, umbrellas and poolside shower. Adjacent is a pool bar with sink and 6 stools located.
The villa is situated almost in the village centre of Argaka. A few shops, a tavern and the beach can be reached on food. Polis with a large selection of taverns and shops is only 5 driving minutes.
