This beautiful 4 bedroom villa is located in the peaceful and unspoiled village of Argaka, about 5 km from Polis. This area is still quite rural with lots of citrus plantations. Sandy/pebbly beaches are stretching from Polis until Ayia Marina and are ideal for long walks.
Villa Minoas is set in a quiet and elevated position with a beautiful view to the sea. It is traditionally furnished and offers an open plan living area with sofas and coffee table, SAT-TV (limited channels) and DVD. The dining area sits 6 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dish washer and washing machine. On the ground floor you will find one of the bedrooms with double bed and en-suite shower room. Furthermore there is a separate guest WC.
On the first floor you will find the remaining 3 bedrooms. All furnished with double beds and featuring en-suite facilities and access to a balcony with a fantastic view.
The air conditioning in the bedrooms is included in the price, the units in the living area are optional and cost EUR 7 per day and unit.
Outside there is the well maintained garden. The 12 x 6 m pool with waterfall feature cascades into a smaller paddling pool on the lower part of the garden. There are large sunbathing terraces and a pergola with outdoor furniture.
There is a simple tennis court next to the villas.
The villa is set in a nice location, the elevated position offers beautiful views to the sea what is about 500 m. The area is ideal for walking and bicycling. Argaka belongs to Polis area, the village centre is about 2 km from the villas. At the sea side one can find some taverns und shops. Polis offers a larger range of taverns and restaurants and is only 5 driving minutes from Argaka.
