Holiday villa Cleofe 1 is located in Agia Marina, a small coastal town between Polis and Pomos on the north-west coast of Cyprus. It is right next to the house Cleofe 2 and therefore would also ideal for families travelling together.
On the ground floor of the house is the open living / dining area with kitchen. The living area is furnished with a heavy leather sofa and armchairs. Also you will find there a TV with DVD and Wifi Internet. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a washing machine and a dishwasher. The dining area is furnished with wooden furniture and can seat up to 8 persons. From the living area, via patio doors, you reach the covered veranda. One of the bedrooms, with double bed, is on the ground floor, this has access to a terrace as well. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor. A staircase leads to the upper floor where three more bedrooms are to be found. Two of them are furnished with two single beds, the third one with a double bed and its own bathroom. Furthermore there is a family bathroom on the upper floor. All bedrooms have their own balcony with a beautiful sea view, in addition there is a large furnished terrace on the upper floor, from where you can enjoy the view to the fullest.
Outside you will find a large, covered terrace, furnished with garden furniture. The private pool has a size of 8 x 4 m and is surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas. Also from here you can see the sea between the olive trees.
Agia Marina is a small village, there is a minimarket, a bakery, a cafe and a tavern. The next village Argaka is only a 5 minute drive away, there are some more taverns and who want to enjoy a bigger variety of shops and taverns, Polis is only a 10 minutes drive away.
The beach is only 250 m away, this is sandy, partly pebbly and partly with rock plates.
