Villa Sunset is located in the northwest of the island, near Polis, outside the small coastal village of Agia Marina. The coast is only about 50 m away and the area around is mainly rural with agriculture fields and plantations.

The house offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. The entrance leads to the open living/dining area with kitchen. The living area is furnished with a sofa and an armchair and also offers a coffee table, satellite TV and WiFi internet. The open fireplace also makes the house ideal for the cooler months. Patio doors open to the covered terrace where there is another sitting area. The open kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and washing machine. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor, it is furnished with a double bed and there is an extra bathroom. A staircase leads up to the upper floor where you will find two more bedrooms. Both have their own bathroom, one has two single beds, the second has a double bed and access to a large balcony with beautiful sea views. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units, which is included in the price. Air conditioning in the living area is available for a fee.

Outside you will find the private pool, which measures 8 x 4 m and is 1 - 1.6 m deep. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the surrounding sun terrace. There is also a grill.

The sea is just a stone's throw away, the coast here is mainly rocky with flat rocky plateaus that extend into the sea. Towards Argaka the beach becomes sandy/pebbly. There is a shop and a bakery in Ayia Marina, taverns can be found after about 3 km or in Argaka, 6 km away.
