Ayia Napa Villa Nastia is located in a new complex in Ayia Napa, the beautiful Nissi Beach is only 400 meters away and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The bustling center of Ayia Napa with its beautiful harbor and a wide selection of restaurants, shops, cafes and bars is around 3 km away and also easily accessible by bus.
The villa is situated on the edge of a complex consisting of holiday villas and apartments. It offers a private plot and a private swimming pool. The spacious living area consists of a couple of sofas, coffee table, TV and Wifi Internet. The small kitchen is fully equipped and also has a dishwasher and washing machine and there is a nice dining area with table and chairs. Furthermore there is a bathroom with shower on the ground floor. The two bedrooms are upstairs, both with double beds and access to a balcony, and here as well is another bathroom with shower.
Outside is the private pool area, which is protected by high fences and not overseen. Also there are garden furniture and sun loungers available.
Next to the complex is a football pitch what is used only in winter time.
