The villa belongs to a complex of 4 houses with 3 or 4 bedrooms in Latchi, not far from the beach and within short distance to taverns and the port.
Hamila 4 is the third house in the row with 3 bedrooms and offers a beautiful plot with private fenced pool and lawns.
On the ground floor is the partial newly furnished living / dining area with kitchen. The living area is furnished with a corner sofa and coffee table, as well as TV, DVD and Wifi Internet. There is a dining area with comfortable chairs that can accommodate up to 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a dishwasher and washing machine. On the ground floor there is also a small double bedroom and a bathroom.
3 further bedrooms are on the upper floor, two are each furnished with a double bed and one with two single beds. There are also two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. All rooms have access to a balcony with a side view. The bedrooms are reasonably furnished and each have air conditioning, which is included in the price.
Sliding doors in the living area open to the garden. There is a terrace with garden furniture and a private pool surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas. The plot is lovely large with lawn area, ideal for children to play. The property is surrounded by a high hedge and gives quite a good privacy.
The beach is only 150 m away, this is sandy to pebbly and ideal for children. The nearest restaurant is just 200 meters away, further shops and taverns can be found at the port of Latchi, about 1.3 km away.

#140. Schönes Haus in Meernähe
Das Haus ist für 6 Personen sehr gut geeignet. Der Hausbesitzer ist vor Ort ansprechbar und reagiert schnell auf Reklamtionen. (Warmwasser ging am ersten Tag nicht, wurde am 2. Tag sofort repariert.) Das Haus ist sehr gut aufgeteilt, mit schöner Aussenanlage und Pool. Die Lage in Meernähe ist sehr gut, die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Polis mit dem PKW schnell zu erreichen. Haus steht frei, die andern Häuser haben ausreichenden Abstand.

#131. An very relaxing experience
Our holiday in october 2017 in Villa Halima 4 was marvelous!
The Villa and the location in sunny Latchi are very good, near by the sea and
the walking promenade to Latchi harbour. The service from Stephanos and
the cleaning ladies were also high class. Cyprus is a lovely country with friendly
people and we intend to come again

#122. Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus liegt nur ca. 100m vom Strand entfernt. Im großen Garten lädt ein schöner Pool zum Schwimmen ein. Das Haus bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum entspannen und relaxen. Der Ort Latchi mit seinem kleinen Hafen und einigen Restaurants ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Für alle die Ruhe und Erholung suchen ist die Villa und die Umgebung des Ferienhauses sehr zu empfehlen. Gerne werden meine Frau und ich wieder kommen.
PS: Auch die Betreuung vor Ort durch Frau Fangmeyer war sehr gut
