Holiday villa Roberta is located in a new complex just 1 km above the busy Ayia Napa, where you can find a large selection of shops, restaurants and cafes. The house offers a beautiful roof terrace with a view over Ayia Napa to the sea.
On the ground floor of the house you will find the open living / dining area with kitchen. There is a living area with sofas and coffee table, equipped with IPTV, DVD and Wifi internet. The dining area seats 6 people and the modern kitchen is fully equipped and also offers a dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor.
The three bedrooms are upstairs, there are two rooms with a double bed and one with two single beds. One has its own bathroom and there is a separate family bathroom. Two bedrooms have access to a balcony with partial sea views.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioners, which is included in the price.
A staircase leads up to the roof terrace, from where you can enjoy the view to the fullest.
The living area leads to the pool area. The private pool has a size of 8 x 4 m and is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers and an umbrella. There are also high-quality outdoor furniture, sofas and dining tables with chairs available.
The center of Ayia Napa is only 1 km away and a beach is around 2 km away. The supermarket and restaurant are around 700 m away.
