Villa Aquavitus is located in the tranquil town of Pomos on the north-east coast of Cyprus, about a 25-minute drive from Polis. The house enjoys a wonderful, very private location with impressive sea views. The harbour of Pomos is about 1.5 km away.
The open living/dining area is on the ground floor of the house. The living area is spacious and bright and very modern. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a large dining table that can accommodate up to 6 people. The living area is furnished with comfortable sofas and offers TV and WiFi internet. A wide glass front offers a wonderful view of the sea. One of the bedrooms with a double bed and a private bathroom is on the ground floor, two further bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds and each with a private bathroom, can be found on the upper floor. Both bedrooms have access to a large balcony with an unrestricted sea view.
Outside there is a furnished terrace and barbecue as well as a private pool, which is surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers.
