Description
Villa Violet is just a few minutes’ walk from the center of Protara and Figtree Bay. It is located in the first row to the sea and enjoys a wonderful sea view. A footpath leads along the coast to the center of Protaras.
The entrance leads into the open living/dining area with kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers also a washing machine, a dishwasher and a coffee maker. The living area is beautifully furnished with a sofa, armchairs, satellite TV and Wifi Internet. The dining area consists of a glass table with 6 chairs. Wide windows and patio doors allow for impressive sea views.
There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom on the ground floor.
Upstairs there are two further bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, a bathroom and also a large veranda with fabulous views.
The house is fully air-conditioned and also offers ceiling fans.
Outside there is a pretty terrace with garden furniture and a BBQ, as well as a garden with a couple of sun loungers. Whilst the house does not have a pool there is a small cove just 100m away and the well-known Fig Tree Bay is only 400m away and easily accessible on foot, there you will also find a good number of restaurants and shops.
The house is reserved for families. Any kind of celebrations or parties are permitted.
