Description
This modern 3 bedroom holiday home is located in the first line to the sea and offers wonderful sea views. A beach is only 3 minutes away and the center of Protaras is only a little further. It is right next to Haus Allisson and would therefore also be suitable for 2 families traveling together.
On the ground floor, wide window fronts offer an excellent view of the pool and the sea. Here you will also find the open living / dining area with kitchen. The living area is furnished with bright sofas and a coffee table and also offers satellite TV (limited programs), WiFi internet and an open fireplace. The kitchen is bright and equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine, microwave and coffee maker. One of the bedrooms with a double bed and a bathroom are on the ground floor, two further bedrooms (each with a double bed) are on the upper floor. Both have en-suite bathrooms and one has a stunning view of the sea. There is also a semi-covered veranda on the upper floor.
Outside is the private pool, which is surrounded by sun loungers. Garden furniture can be found on the covered terrace.
The well-known Fig Tree Bay is only 500 m away, but the house is in a fairly quiet complex. Fig Tree Bay has a good number of restaurants, cafes and shops.
