Description
Anemos villas are situated on a hillside on the southern coast of Crete and offer a beautiful panoramic view of the Libyan Sea and the islands Paximadia and Gavdos. It is just 2.5 km away from the traditional village of Rodakino where you will find a few nice taverns and a supermarket.
Each villa has 112 sqm of living space and is built on 2 levels. On the ground floor is the spacious living / dining room with fireplace, satellite TV, DVD and Wifi Internet. It is nicely and modern furnished and offers through wide patio doors a beautiful view of the sea. The open kitchen is modern and equipped with all necessary equipment, also with a microwave and dishwasher. The ground floor has a bedroom with double bed, satellite TV and a private bathroom and in the utility room you will find a washing machine. Upstairs are two more well decorated bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed and a single bed. These share a bathroom with Jacuzzi. The bedrooms open onto a balcony with garden furniture and stunning views of the sea.
Next to the house is the pool of 35 sqm, it is surrounded by a terrace with sun beds, umbrellas and garden furniture..
The villas have a unique and quiet location on a hill and enjoy a wonderful view. A beautiful beach can be found 3.5 km away. There are many attractions nearby, such as Fragokastello Castle, Preveli Monastery, Preveli Palm Beach, Kotsifou and Kourtalioti gorge. A car is required for these villas.
