Description
Villa Anemoni is part of a complex of 4 houses at the outskirts of the village of Gerani near Rethymnon and offers a private pool and a wonderfully mature garden.
The entrance leads into the open living/dining area with kitchen. The living area is equipped with comfortable sofas, coffee table, satellite TV, DVD, WiFi Internet and an open fireplace. From here you have access to a covered terrace and a view over the garden and the olive trees to the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped and also offers a dishwasher and washing machine. One of the bedrooms, furnished with a double bed, is on the ground floor, as is a bathroom. Two further bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, are on the upper floor and each have a balcony. There is also a family bathroom on the upper floor. Bedroom and living area equipped with air conditioning.
Outside there is a covered, furnished terrace and the private pool (10 x 6 m) surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas. The garden is beautifully overgrown and offers good privacy.
The village of Gerani is about 1.2 km away, the beach of Gerani about 2.5 km.
