Villa Diana is located just a stone's throw from the coast in Pomos. The small harbor in Pomos is also easily accessible on foot.
This new villa offers 4 bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 people. The entrance leads to the open living/dining area and kitchen. The living area is beautifully modern furnished with comfortable sofas, coffee table, TV and WiFi internet. Patio doors allow a view of the covered terrace and pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and washing machine. The elegant dining table offers space for 8 people. From here you can also enjoy a beautiful view of the sea.
One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor and is furnished with a double bed and has a private bathroom. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor. A staircase leads up to the upper floor, where there are 3 more bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each. All bedrooms have air conditioning units, which are included in the price. The air conditioning units in the living area are at an additional cost.
Outside you will find the private pool (7.5 - 4.4 m wide and 1 - 1.4 m deep), which is surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas.
There is also garden furniture on the covered terrace and a barbecue is available.
The beach in Pomos is mostly rocky with some pebbly/sandy beaches. Koshino Beach is about 600 m away and Kanalli Tavern at the harbor is about 700 m away.
