Ringway Villa is located in Stanta Maria Estate, Mellieha, in the north of Malta. Here you will find beautiful beaches, a rich selection of restaurants and shops and some historic sites.
The house has a total of 8 bedrooms and is divided into 3 separate apartments each with its own living room. Upstairs there is a 2 bedroom apartment and a 3 bedroom apartment which can also be connected by a door and on the ground floor there is another 3 bedroom apartment. Each apartment has its own fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, an integrated living / dining area and a furnished terrace / balcony. TV, DVD, CD and Wifi Internet are available in all apartments. In the 2-bedroom apartment there is 1 bathroom, in the 3-bedroom apartments have each two bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, which can be used for an extra fee.
From the ground floor a staircase leads down to the pool area, where sun beds, umbrellas, garden furniture and a barbecue are available. For the cooler days you also have the possibility to use a heated indoor pool (please enquire for extra charge)
Mellieha Beach is about 2.5 km away. Restaurants, shops and bars are within easy walking distance.
From a stay of minimum 2 weeks fresh towels and bed linen are provided after 1 week.
Apart from the months June - August, the apartments can also be booked individually.
