Description
Holiday villa Kampnar is located in the quiet village of Kercem in Gozo. It is a fantastic house with an old, restored entrance area and a modern living area. From the entrance you enter the spacious hallway with the beautiful, traditionally painted tiles. On the left side there is a modernly furnished bedroom with high ceilings, it is furnished with a double bed and has its own bathroom. Further into the house one enters the hall with a stone staircase leading upstairs. Again, you can admire the high ceilings. Two steps to the left lead to the open plan kitchen what is superbly furnished and offers also a dish washer. Adjoining is the modern dining area and a living area with leather sofas, coffee table, cable TV and Internet.
The stone staircase leads up to the first floor, where there are three more bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The master bedroom has another seating area and is furnished with a double bed. The second bedroom is furnished with a single bed with an extendable mattress and is ideal for one person or two children. The third bedroom again is equipped with a double bed.
A spiral staircase leads up to the second floor, where the last bedroom is located. It is fitted with two single beds and has a private bathroom.
Bedroom and living area are equipped with air conditioners for a fee (coin operated).
From the living area leads to the outdoor terrace. Here is a private pool, as well as sun loungers, garden furniture and barbecue.
The nearest restaurant is about 900 m and the nearest supermarket is about 1.5 km away. Xlendi Bay is about 5 km away.
