This unique and modern holiday home is located in the village of Kathikas, about 20 minutes' drive from Paphos. It is surrounded by fields and promises a peaceful and relaxing vacation in nature. The bungalow is of high quality and very creatively furnished and has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a comfortable double bed and the second bedroom has a bunk bed, whereas the lower bed being 150m wide and sleeping 2 people. The house can accommodate up to 5 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers also a washing machine and dishwasher. In the living area there are comfortable sofas, coffee table, TV with Netflix and Wifi internet. There is a fireplace for cooler days and the house is fully equipped with air conditioning (cold/warm), which is included in the price. Outside there is a dining area with pergola, a large veranda with further seating and sun loungers. A barbecue area with stone oven and the distant sea view completes the outdoor area perfectly. Kathikas is ideal for walks and trips to Paphos, Polis and the Akamas Nature Reserve. The pretty village center is within walking distance, here you will find a small shop and a few taverns and cafes.
