Villa Dora is located in the sea side village Kapparis, just outside the busy town of Protaras, in a nice quiet location, in walking distance to the sea where you can find a nice beach and a wonderful path along the sea for long walks.
The villa is well equipped and furnished and of a good size. From the entrance you get into the open plan living area and kitchen. The living area consists of a comfortable corner sofa, a coffee table and SAT-TV (limited channels) with DVD and Wifi internet. The large and modern kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining table with 8 chairs. One of the bedrooms and a bath is situated on the ground floor. Further 3 bedrooms are on the upper floor, one with en-suite facilities, the other two share a bathroom. From the balcony you can enjoy a side sea view. The villa is fully air-conditioning what is included in the price.
Outside is a large pool of 8 x 4 m, surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas. There are outside dining furniture and a BBQ as well. The garden is well landscaped and high fences offer a quite good privacy around the pool area.
Kapparis has a few nice sandy beaches and some taverns to offer, what are open all year round. The next beach is about 500 m, taverns are already in about 200 m. Protaras centre is about 5 km from the villa.

#150. Haus Dora, Kapparis
Schönes grosses Haus. Zimmer sind zweckmässig eingerichtet. Wenn ein Mangel festgestellt wird, sind sofort Handwerker zur Stelle. Haus in der Nähe von Supermarkt und verschiedenen Restaurants. Wir können das Haus weiterempfehlen!
