Villa Timi is a lovely, spacious villa with 3 bedrooms with a beautiful view over the golf course of Aphrodite Hills. Only a 10 minute walk brings you to the centre of the Resort with its Restaurants, Shops, Spa und Club house.

The villa is located on a nice, well grown in plot and offers a large fenced terrace, what makes it ideal for families with small children. The villa features a spacious, open plan living area and a well equipped kitchen. In the living area you will find comfortable sofas and arm chairs, a coffee table, SAT-TV, DVD and Wifi internet. Furthermore there is a dining table with 6 chairs and the modern kitchen features a dishwasher and a washing machine. One of the bedrooms with 2 single beds and a separate bathroom are located on the ground floor as well. Further two bedrooms, one double and one twin and another bathroom with Jacuzzi are situated on the upper floor. Here you will find some balconies with nice views over the golf course.
From the ground floor, through wide veranda doors, the large veranda can be accessed. It is furnished with comfortable garden furniture and completely fenced. The private, heated pool has a size of 10 x 5 m and is surrounded by a terrace with sun beds and umbrellas. As well there is a lawn, flowering bushes and trees in the garden, what give a good privacy around the pool area.
