Description
Villa Sallina is a newly built house in a typical Gozitan style with 5 bedrooms. It is located in the popular village of Xaghra, just a few kilometers from the beautiful Ramla Bay.
On the ground floor you reach the open kitchen and the living area over a long corridor. A large dining table is the heart of the kitchen and can accommodate 11 people. At the end of the house, with access to the pool, is the living area with sofas, coffee table and TV with DVD, plus Wifi Internet.
Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor. A stone staircase leads up to the upper floor, here you will find 3 more bedrooms, one of which is furnished with 3 beds. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and is equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioning.
The use of the air conditioning is for an extra fee (coin operated).
Large verandas open from the living area to the terrace and pool. There are sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as garden furniture and barbecue.
In the village center of Xaghra, about 1.2 km away, my find a few good restaurants. Ramla Bay is about 2.5 km away.
