Holiday villa Anette is a very well-equipped house, just outside of Protaras, on the edge of a quiet complex. Protaras and the beaches are about 1.5 - 2 km away.
The house is built on 3 levels, with the lowest area providing access to the pool and large shaded terraces.
From the entrance you get to the middle floor. Here is the open living / dining area and the kitchen and a guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a washing machine. The dining area is modernly furnished and offers access to a beautiful balcony.
The living area is equipped with comfortable sofas, coffee table, IPTV, DVD and Wifi internet.
A staircase leads up to the upper floor where there are two bedrooms and a family bathroom. The bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and with two single beds and equipped with air conditioning units, which is included in the price.
From the living are a staircase leads down to pool level. Here you will find a large, covered terrace with various seating. There is also a private pool of 3x7 m and a depth of 0.9-1.9 m. It is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers. There is also a jacuzzi (extra charge).
High fences offer quite good privacy at the pool area.
The center of Protaras is 1.5 km away and Sunrise Beach is 2 km away. Restaurants and shops can be found in Protaras.
