Description

Villa Tina is a freshly renovated and luxury villa located on the seafront and offers a wonderful view of Potima Bay. The location of the house is very quiet but only a few hundred meters away from the busy tourist area of Coral Bay with lots of taverns, cafes and shops.
From the entrance a few steps go down to the open living / dining area. There is a large, fully equipped, modern kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and access to a terrace. The dining area is furnished with a large glass table and 8 chairs. The living area is furnished with comfortable corner sofa and a coffee table, through wide patio doors you can enjoy the beautiful sea view. In addition, there is a satellite TV (some English programs) and Wifi Internet.
One of the bedrooms with twin beds and a bathroom is located on the ground floor. In the basement you will find another bedroom with a double bed and a few chairs, a side door is leading to the pool area. A staircase leads up to the first floor where there are three further bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and the third bedrooms has a double bed. Further more there is a separate bathroom on this level. Two bedrooms have access to a large, furnished balcony with a stunning sea view. All bedrooms and the living area are equipped with air conditioning.
The living area has access to the pool area. There is a private pool which is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers.
The sea in front of the house is rocky and pebbly, a path in front of the house leads to a small beach, about 200 meters away. The beautiful Coral Bay is just 10 minutes from the house.
