The penthouse apartment Goneta D20 is located in a complex near the famous and beautiful Nissi beach in Ayia Napa.
The apartment has a large, south-facing terrace with sea view and is furnished with garden furniture and sunbeds. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed and therefore ideal for a family with 2 children. The open living / dining area is furnished with comfortable leather sofas, a coffee table and a small TV. The dining area can accommodate up to 4 people and the kitchen is fully equipped, also with a washing machine. Furthermore there is a family bathroom. All rooms are equipped with air conditioners, which is included in the price. Wifi can be received via a local provider for extra charge.
The complex offers a large communal pool with paddling pool and a sun terrace with sun loungers.
The beautiful Nissi Beach is only about 400 meters away and restaurants are within walking distance. The center of Ayia Napa and the harboug are about 3 km away and can be reached by a regular bus. Just a few minutes' drive from the complex there is also a great water park, a wonderful experience for the whole family.
