Description
Villa Erato is located on the northwest coast of Cyprus in the Polis area and in the small town of Agia Marina. It has a wonderful location, surrounded by fields and plantations and enjoys and wonderful sea views. The long, mostly rocky beach of Agia Marina is only 450 m away. The green surroundings and the nearby mountains are ideal for hiking.
The house has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. The entrance leads to the open living/dining area and kitchen. The living area is quite large, offers several sofas and armchairs as well as a coffee table and satellite TV with WiFi internet. Patio doors allow a view over the pool and to the sea. Behind the living area is the dining area and another seating area with sofas and a fireplace. From here you have access to the covered and furnished terrace. At the end of the house you will find the large kitchen, which is fully equipped with a coffee machine and a dishwasher.
One of the bedrooms, furnished with a double bed, is on the ground floor. Patio doors open to the pool area and offer beautiful sea views. This bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor you will find two further bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (1 x twin and 1 x double), both of which have a balcony with sea views.
Outside you will find the private pool, measuring 10 x 4 m (0.9 - 2.1 m deep), which is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas. At the front there is a covered and furnished pergola, everything is beautifully surrounded by green bushes and trees.
The nearest beach is predominantly rocky, a sandy beach can be found behind Agia Marina and Argaka, just a few minutes by car. There are also some restaurants and shops.
