Description
Villa Hanna is built in traditional style and offers all the amenities of a modern home. It is located on the outskirts of Qala, in a quiet street and offers side sea view.
From the entrance you enter a spacious hallway what leads in the open living / dining area with kitchen. The kitchen consists of a cooking island with integrated bar with 4 bar stools and offers also a dishwasher and coffee machine. Furthermore there is a dining area with 8 chairs. Adjacent you will find a lovely living area with comfortable leather sofas, cable TV and internet. From the kitchen, a few steps up, there is another living area with TV.
A staircase leads up to the first floor, where you will find 3 well-furnished bedrooms. One is a double room with en suite bathroom and the other two are twin bedrooms sharing a separate bathroom. A stone spiral staircase leads up to the top floor. Here you will find another, spacious bedroom with double bed and private bathroom. This bedroom enjoys the luxury of a private veranda with wonderful views.
From the living area you can reach the outdoor area through wide patio doors. There is a private pool surrounded by a sun terrace with sunbeds and parasol. There is also a garden with built-in barbecue and garden furniture. From the property you can enjoy side sea views.
The nearest restaurant is about 1.2 km away in the village of Qala. The nearest supermarket is 700 m away. The beaches of Ramla and Hondoq are about a 5-minute drive away.
