Holiday home Elia is located on a slope in Nissaki, on the north-east coast of Corfu. Due to the steep location you can enjoy an excellent sea view at the house. Beach and tavern are also within walking distance.
Stairs from the car park lead down to the house, which is built on one level. The living room faces the sea and offers basic seating and a dining table with 4 chairs, as well as TV, DVD and Wifi Internet. The separate kitchen is quite well equipped and also has a dishwasher. In addition, there are two traditionally furnished bedrooms, one furnished with a double bed and with access to the front porch with sea view and one with two single beds with access to side terrace, also here you can enjoy sea view. The two bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units and share a simple bathroom with bath and washing machine. The porch is covered, furnished and completely fenced. A step leads down to the private pool, which is 9 x 4 m and 0.8 - 2.15 m deep. Here are also a few beach chairs and a parasol available.
The location on the hillside is simply stunning. On a clear day, you can even see Albania.
There is a small pebble beach and a fishing port within walking distance, the beautiful town of Corfu with a variety of excellent restaurants and shops is just 20 km away.
