Description
Villa Alkiona is situated at the sea front in Kissonerga, between Paphos and Coral Bay. It is just next to villa Coralina and would be suitable for larger groups. A few restaurants and taverns are in walking distance and having the sea in front of your nose there is not much more needed for a relaxing holiday.
This villa is superbly equipped and furnished, offering a very comfortable, open plan living are with SAT-TV (limited channels) and CD, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is an open fire place what makes this villa attractive even in winter time. From the living are large patio doors are opening to the covered veranda and offering an amazing view to the sea. The three, nicely furnished bedrooms with orthopaedic mattresses offer each en-suite facilities. The master bedroom on the ground floor offers a Jacuzzi. The covered veranda offers quality wooden furniture and BBQ and makes dining out and watching the sunset to the most beautiful experience during your holiday. In front of the veranda is the private, heatable pool, sun beds, umbrellas and a well maintained lawn going down to the sea.
There are two nice bays within 300-400 m from the villas. As well there are some shops, taverns in walking distance.

#260. Beatiful Villa
The villa was really nice and the host was extremely helpful and accommodating.
#259. Dream Holiday
In a word, amazing. The beautiful design of the villa, the setting, cannot be faulted. It is the villa, your pool, a lawn, then the ocean and horizon with beautiful sunsets . A totally private beach with the occasional fisherman sat on the rocks which enhances the view. The owner, Yiannis is the most welcoming , friendly, cool man you will meet. Only there if you need help or assistance. It was a dream trip, and we we will certainly be staying here again.

We loved everything about villa alkiona. The owner Yiannis was very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. We loved the spacious outdoor balcony with the table and chairs. We sat here and ate breakfast every morning and loved sitting here at night watching the sunset….absolutely stunning!

Very nice place right on the coast. Close to airport and Paphos. Large space, swimming pool and large garden. Absolute quiet in March. Good amenities for a longer stay.

Wir fühlen uns sehr wohl im Haus und Umgebung,sodass wir bereits zum
sechstenmal uns erholen bei ausgesprochen ruhiger Lage (für Kinder
ideal). Wunderbarer Blick auf das Meer mit störungsfreiem Zugang.
Herrliche Sonnenuntergänge von der ausladenden Terrasse.
Guter Ausgangspunkt für Besichtigungen und Spaziergänge.
