This wonderful holiday villa is located near the village of Skouloufia, about 15 km from Rethymnon. It is located on a hill and enjoys a fantastic view over the country to the sea.
The house is excellently equipped and furnished, it is beautifully bright and offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The modern, open kitchen is located on the ground floor, it is fully equipped and offers also a coffee machine, a dishwasher and washing machine. Next to it there is a modern dining area and a living area with sofas, coffee table, LCD TV, DVD and WiFi internet. In addition, one of the bedrooms and a bathroom are on the ground floor. Two further bedrooms and a bathroom with hydromassage shower are located on the upper floor, here is also a balcony with wonderful views. The bedroom and living area are well furnished and decorated and are equipped with air conditioning units. Outside there is a covered barbecue area with table and chairs, as well as a private pool and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols.
The village is about 1.5 km away, here you can also find a tavern, the beach and other taverns and shops can be found in Stavromenos or Skaleta, about 9 km away.
