Nadima 2 + 3 are two semi-detached houses each with 3 bedrooms each with its own garden and pool. They are part of a complex of 5 houses and are also ideal for family or larger groups. The houses are located in Mellieha on the island of Malta and only a 5-minute drive from the beautiful sandy beach.

The two houses are built on two levels; at the height of the street you reach the open living / dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and a dining area for up to 6 people. The living area is furnished with sofas and a coffee table and a Playstation 2, DVD player and TV are available. There is also a guest toilet with washing machine at this level. Furthermore from here you have access to 2 Balconies, the large one is furnished and offers a beautiful view over the pool area.

A staircase leads down to the pool level. Here you will find 3 bedrooms and a separate bathroom with shower / WC. Two of the bedrooms have two single beds and TV, one of which has a private bathroom. The third bedroom has a double bed and TV and also has a private bath.
All rooms and the living area are equipped with air conditioning, which is included in the price. There is also free internet.
From the lower level you reach the private pool by a staircase, here are sun beds and umbrellas available, furthermore garden furniture and a built-in barbecue. The pool has a size of 7.3 mx 3.7 m and a depth of 0.9 - 1.7 m. The two grounds are protected by a fence.

The center of Mellieha is about 1.2 km away, where you will find some restaurants and cafes. The beautiful sandy beach of Mellieha is about 2.5 km away. Bus stops are within walking distance.
