Description
This 300 year old farmhouse, has restored and finished it to high standards with all modern facilities.
It is located just outside the village of Kercem and enjoys fantastic views over the valley of Xlendi Bay and Victoria what are just 2 km away. From the entrance a modern staircase leads down to the living room where you find nice arches, lime stone walls and wooden beams. It comprises a dining and sitting area with sofas and coffee table, cable TV, DVD and Wifi internet, overlooking the swimming pool and deck area with BBQ. Furthermore there is a fully equipped traditional stone kitchen with dishwasher and microwave and a spare shower room on this floor.
The first floor consists of three bedrooms equipped with ceiling fans; one double and two twin, all overlooking the breathtaking views of Lunzjata valley and beyond. Bedrooms are equipped with one en-suite shower and a separate bathroom that serves the other 2 bedrooms.
Kercem is a small village just on the cliff overlooking Xlendi Bay. There are some snack bars in the village, restaurants and shops you will find in the nearby Victoria. The next bay is Xlendi Bay, about 1,7 km from the villa
